Henry started at Heartland Communication in August of 2017 as an IT Technician. In 2021, Henry moved into his current position of IT Systems Administrator.

Henry’s Core duties include Network/Systems Administration and Cyber Security. Desktop, Server, and Tech support for HCFA and a few member Fire Agencies. Henry is also a vital park of keeping the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Telecommunications system up in running to ensure emergency services are always available.
