The Position
HCFA is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our 911 emergency communications team. Dispatchers handle emergency and non-emergency calls, provide life-saving instructions, and coordinate public safety responses using radio, phone, and CAD systems in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, communicates clearly, learns quickly, and adapts to evolving situations. Strong multitasking skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiarity with public safety radio systems, and the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays) are essential. Prior experience in a public safety answering point (PSAP) is highly desirable.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid typing certificate (minimum 35 WPM)

The Position
HCFA is seeking a professional Management Analyst to support executive leadership with high-level administrative, financial, and operational functions. This role is responsible for managing budgets, projects, employee benefits, HR records, and coordinating with partner agencies and vendors to ensure organizational efficiency and strategic alignment.
The Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in public agency administration. They are skilled in budgeting, payroll, HR support, policy development, meeting coordination, contract management, and data analysis, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate across teams.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in public/business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 3 years of progressively responsible administrative or analytical experience in a government/public agency
Experience in finance, HR, or executive-level support is strongly preferred
Professional Skills
Strong knowledge of public administration, budgeting, HR systems, and labor laws
Proficient in Microsoft Office, financial tools, and HRIS platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
