Kristan Johnson

Operations Manager

Kristan started her career at HCFA in January of 2001. She left in August of 2005 to stay home with her young family and later returned to HCFA in July of 2009.

Kristan worked as a Fire Communications Dispatcher and Certified Training Officer until her supervisor promotion in June of 2017. In July of 2020, she was promoted to the Deputy Operations Manager and eventually Operations Manager on January 1st, 2021.

As the Operations Manager, Kristan is responsible for maintaining the CAD, managing floor personnel, budget planning, training as well as a variety of other managerial and technical duties to assist in coordinating emergency dispatch services for the Central Zone.
