Valerie Nellis-Anderson HCFA Administrative Coordinator; has 40 years of Business Administrative Management with 20+ being at HCFA. Valerie became an employee of HCFA in February 2003 with the main focus of creating an internal  administration & finance department that was accountability to HCFA management.

Over the years this position evolved to include the responsibility in managing and oversight of the departments Business Administration, HR, Purchasing, Grants, Finance, Budgets, Payroll, Clerk of the Board and other projects as assigned.

Born and raised in San Diego for balance of life, when not working she can be found with her very extensive family, and friends enjoying all her blessings.
