Dispatcher Of The Year Announced

Each year Heartland Communications awards one of its telecommunicators with a Dispatcher of the Year Award. The dispatcher of the year award is nominated by their peers in the dispatch center and is announced during National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week (NPSTW).
