HCFA Staff Attend CALNENA Conference

From March 2nd to 5th, several members of Heartland Communications' dispatch and support staff attended the CALNENA Conference at the LAX Marriott. This annual event, hosted by the California branch of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA), featured two keynote addresses, multiple breakout sessions, updates from the California OES 911 Branch, vendor exhibitions, and numerous networking opportunities.

This year, HCFA’s own Executive Director, Jeff Logan, was sworn in as CALNENA’s 2nd Vice President, marking the beginning of his tenure on the Board. [Full Story Here]

Additionally, Director Logan and Dispatch Supervisor Ortmeier presented a highly attended session on Cultivating Growth in 9-1-1 Dispatchers on the final day of the conference. The session was met with great engagement, filling the room with attendees eager to learn and share insights.
